I am passionate about feet. I started my adventure in 1991 with podiatry studies and even after 13 years of practice, I never stop learning, under a scientific and therapeutic approach, the links with our feet. My great story really began in 1995 when I discovered and studied foot reflexology. This changed my life deeply, because through it, I discovered the holistic approach.
It’s simply amazing to be able to see the misbalance of a person on different levels: physical, psycho-emotional, spiritual, and then to make the connections with this person’s life story!
Each time I have feet in my hands, I feel like a detective starting a new enquiry. My aim is to help my client feel better or to understand some chronic problems. But it is also a wonderful relaxing method that I use with children as well as adults.
For some people, Reflexology is an exciting way to discover and understand the connections in their body with a particular problem. Often after such sessions people want to start a journey and learn more about themselves to improve their quality of life.
The benefits of foot reflexology are numerous, but it is very efficient for managing stress and its consequences, all sort of pain (headache, painful period, back pain), sinusitis, bronchitis, urinary infection, during depression and lack of energy.
How does Reflexology work? There are several theories more or less complicated, but for me, it is a combination between the nervous system and the energy system (meridian, charkas and perhaps energy body fields). What is sure, is that it’s working and it’s very efficient. Egyptians probably already knew the foot reflexology and other culture like Chinese, Indians and Tibetans have used it for thousands of years.
I think it is inevitable to have a foot reflexology session one time in your life because it is just amazing!

I am a qualified Swiss Podiatrist (degree was completed in 1993) with a French university degree in Physiology of Posture and Gait (completed in 2001). It was through the Grinberg Method (level 1 completed in 1996) that I first discovered Foot Reflexology and started understanding holistic health. It inspired me to take my well-being knowledge and practice further.
