Has the love or romance waned in your relationship? Are you feeling a bit bored or in a rut? Can you remember when the person you chose to share the rest of your life with was the most important person in your life? Well take stock and take action as it’s highly likely you want to create a legacy of a united and loving family.

Life is hectic in our modern world and it's important to step back and look at what's important to us, what are our values and why are we doing what we do.  Ask yourself, is my relationship where I want it to be, what are the gaps to be bridged and how will we get there?  Relationships go through seasons however by putting in a small amount of effort regularly; you can redesign and strengthen your relationship igniting that longed for Passion and Zing!  Think of it as an insurance policy for when those future road bumps occur!

Ideas to strengthen your relationship:

1. Prioritize time for one another; ask questions to remain connected, what are you doing for your mate to feel loved. What do they need from you right now? Ask - Is there something I can do that would make you feel more loved?

2. Schedule date nights each week into your diary so nothing gets in the way of that commitment of spending special time together

3. Express your love with a kiss, a hug or some other sort of touch - ask what they like from you and tell them what makes you feel loved

4. Celebrate your differences and be curious about one another - ask questions, open up conversation and LISTEN!

5. Remind yourself daily why you fell in love with your mate. Ask yourself what are their positive characteristics - make a list

6. Focus on giving love rather than receiving love and see what happens!

Having a coach will help you:

  • create powerful and inspiring goals that create energy and motivation
  • achieve amazing results that you couldn't achieve on your own
  • to be challenged around your thinking and behaviours
  • to create the partnership you desire with your mate
  • put the fun, passion and zing back into your relationship

Remember love is a choice and a privilege!  Be all that you were created to be and thrive in love!
