It seems, getting enough sleep is now a hot topic and is being studied in relation to learning, remembering, maintaining information context and even managing your preferred weight!
There are recent breakthroughs that now predict ‘enough REM sleep’ will give your brain the energetic nourishment it needs to sort out the information it has collected through the day and collate it into meaningful, relative learnings.
Other breakthroughs have stated sleep is directly related to how easily our bodies lose weight and maintain our natural equilibrium.

"Having studied intrinsic and extrinsic motivation through the viewpoint of many different modalities, I discovered the best way to move forward and create a life of mastery and purpose. I realised, there is a significant mismatch between what science knows and what people & business do.
