On September 4th 2010 a substantial earthquake measuring 7.1 on the Richter scale rocked Christchurch. Suddenly managers and leaders were required not only to help their team continue delivering against business requirements, but also operate in a working environment that saw over 2,500 aftershocks within an eight week period.
