I work with managers at all levels and new through to experienced business owners to help and support them achieve their goals. I work with clients either one on one or in small work groups to identify the areas they want help in, clarify their goals and work with them on the bits in-between. I also tailor make seminars and workshops on management and business related topics, at clients' request.

About Sue
I'm a personal management trainer (since 1992), an educational writer for online management and distance courses (since 2005), and a doer of things that interest me i.e. facilitating planning sessions, conducting reviews and having travel adventures. I love the variety in what I do. Prior to setting up my own business I worked in the private, non-profit, educational and welfare sector so I know how organisations work and what makes people tick.
