I provide one on one, small group or cluster coaching for supervisors, team leaders, junior through to senior managers. Workplace coaching typically covers a range of topics such as: annual planning, managing poor performers, dealing with historical issues, customer service, dealing with difficult staff, leading and managing a team, systems, policies and processes; managing generational differences - the list of topics are extensive - and typically common, across every sector.
Prompt service; an experienced professional coach who has worked across every sector and understands organisations, professional management practices, people and workplace dynamics, the things that derail organisations and teams. You can also expect dedicated support and guidance for as long as you need.
I've been a personal management trainer since 1992 when I completed my management degree and took the plunge into self employment. I had finally realised after many years as an employee in a range of roles in a number of different organisations, that I loved working alongside staff, coaching them to improve their practice...and that I didn't like working as an employee, in organisations. So today, I'm an external management trainer/coach working with individual employees or groups/teams of employees supporting them to achieve more than they ever realised. It's one of my passions.
