Career Coaching with Kaye Avery

As a career coach and group facilitator I work with employees and groups at all levels and diverse industries during organisational change and individual career and life transitions. In my work with people I aim to provide transformative support and coaching to help them make positive change. I work with people affected by redundancy, self driven career change, performance improvement, identity redefinition at midlife and later life, retirement planning and personal development.

Facilitating groups of employees or course participants in a wide range of courses is also something I have significant experience in. My courses range from Managing Change and Understanding Teams, to Creating Team Values Alignment, 'Careering Beyond 50 &  60' and practical Job Search workshops for employees affected by organisational change.

  3. Teams needing to build resilience and improve dynamics
  4. People in any context wanting to transform perceptions that limit them
  5. Professionals who want on-going coaching and mentoring to improve effectiveness
