Business Coaching with Carl Jarnell

When you’ve got an idea for a great new business what do you do with it?

You can read a book about it. You can watch a video about it. You can even pay someone to tell you how to do it!

But it’s not what you know but how you apply it. If the driver of the bus doesn’t know how to drive it, let alone know where he’s going and how to get there, then there’s not much point in getting behind the wheel.

A true business coach improves the quality of the driver. So let’s drop the analogy, the driver is you. 

If you’ve been in business for a while things can get a little staid; a little “ho hum”. No-one likes getting on a treadmill day in, day out. That’s why you started a business in the first place wan’t it?!

So don’t get bogged down in the day to day. Get that entrepreneurial spirit back.

You will be challenged to think in a different way. You will grab the reins of your business and lead it to new places.

About Carl Jarnell

Since his teenage years Carl has had a passion for finding out what makes people the best that they can be and uncovering the core elements of success. This led him to study psychology at university  and then to such varied career opportunities as the hospitality industry, law enforcement, security, sales , corporate management, and business ownership. A colourful history that he uses to great effect with his clients.

At the core of this experience is a desire to see people succeed. To facilitate their success and see them over-achieve the goals that they set for themselves.

Carl is interested in the way that people can better themselves within systems and organisations .  This is an area where many people, without a specific plan and focus, can find themselves swallowed up by the “bigger picture”.

Carl has been coaching professionally since 2006 and during this time he has coached largely within the framework of his own telecommunications business, ensuring that his staff have every opportunity to develop their skills both at work and in their daily lives.

Carl is now focussing his time assisting people from a variety of backgrounds, and working in a variety of fields. From business owners wanting to set up better systems and processes, corporate managers wanting to empower themselves and their teams, and people who just want to take control and make the most of their life. To be leader of their business, their career, and their life!
