Co-creative Leadership is a newly developed leadership program for those interested in evolving conscious leadership in the 21st century.  It is a personal & professional leadership journey which focuses on integrating the 6 realms of intimacy; ie Cultural Intimacy, Intellectual Intimacy; Emotional Intimacy; Social Intimacy; Physical Intimacy and Spiritual Intimacy.  Not every Executive is willing to explore every facet of their own identity which is why Co-creative Leadership is not a program for the faint hearted.  It is however designed for those that are looking to play an elite game and who are ready to experience an unprecedented level of mastery by accessing the co-creative realm.

What sets 'Co-creative Leadership' apart from other traditional leadership programs is the unique focus on the BEINGness state of leadership.  95% of most leaders focus their attention on what they need to DO, both personally and professionally.  The by-product in a lot of cases is a paradigm and or culture of overwhelm.  Co-creative Leadership focuses only 10% on what you need to DO but 90% of who you need to BE being to champion your leadership ability to a new level.  You may ask yourself, what relevance does BEING Leadership have in the business context.  My response: In every organisation / government environments we experience human to human interactions.  A high percentage of organizations are unconscious to the level of disconnection and disempowered communication that is accepted as the norm.  Co-creative Leadership stands for power-power based cultures where you learn the art of operating at a higher level of consciousness in ALL areas of your life thereby experiencing empowered communication regardless of circumstance.  This level of connection cannot be accessed in the realm of DOING.  A leader who embraces the realm of BEING leadership within their culture and within themselves is the evolved leader in the 21st century.

When you experience BEING leadership, you embrace fear versus resist fear.  You embrace confrontation versus resist confrontation.  You embrace being uncomfortable versus resist being uncomfortable - WHY: Transformation Agents know to 'embrace EVERYTHING and resist NOTHING'.  This is what sets them apart in the context of 'true transformation'.  What could leaders and or organisations accomplish if they were fearless?  NB  There is a difference between grasping this at an intellectual level versus grasping this experientially.  Our key focus with the Leadership Coaching Programs we administer is on sustainable change, a key missing in our opinion in the professional development space.  If you are going to invest money into change let's make sure its sustainable.
