Life Coaching with Lea Bartram

Are you feeling in a rut or just can’t get the energy to feel inspired or motivated about your life or business? Maybe you lack direction or you just need a change. That’s where I come in. Together we form a partnership and work to create 3 amazing, inspiring and fabulous goals that will stretch you to gain greater clarity and direction tapping into your true self, helping you to increase your passion and energy. I believe that you have the answers within and by using a supportive and encouraging coaching framework we’ll be identifying your dreams and passions.

I offer you the opportunity of a no obligationary Goal Setting Session prior to taking me on as your Personal Coach. It is important to me and important for you that we are a good match.

My Coaching Series runs for 12 weeks and can include any aspect of your life that is important to you such as health & fitness, spiritual, career/business, relationships, finances, creativity, home to name a few.

By capturing your desires and intentions, and being held accountable for the completion of your commitments, you will begin creating a new way of being. In order to create lasting and long-term success, we fully utilise each of our 12 sessions so that coaching will gradually and effectively transform the negative thinking that’s in your way, into motivated positive thinking ensuring you overcome your challenges to design that extraordinary life.
