The value that you need from your session can be specified by you at the beginning of the session and measured by you at the end.  And my guarantee to you is that if you don't get the value that you need then you will not pay for the session AND your next scheduled session is on me.

I am passionate about people, business and leadership.

I love to help business owners improve their business and improve the quality of their lives outside of their business.

I love to learn and enjoy empowering clients to learn and grow.  I believe that business mastery comes from self mastery and that self mastery is about becoming more self aware, the more self aware you are the better you will perform as an individual and this helps your business perform better.  Self mastery, business mastery, SMART goals, along with focused action and support will have you leading a much more fulfilling and balanced life and you will have a business that's more profitable and enjoyable.

I have developed my own unique goal setting process that has been tried, tested and proven.

I offer a range of coaching options and along with your coaching you'll also get a range of proven and practical business tools all developed to help you grow your business much more effectivley. 

I can coach you via Phone or Skype or in person if you live in the Nelson/Tasman region.

I am happily married, have 2 young boys, enjoy mountainbiking, motocross, camping, reading, watching a good movie and helping to connect people in business.
