I offer a range of career coaching services for adults, students, and organisations and I have worked with a lot of clients who have had dilemmas about their next career steps.

Each person is different of course, has a different situation, and different perspective, and different needs. For example, some clients want to talk and clarify their thinking, dilemma, and then make an action plan.

Other clients want to go through a career planning and assessment process where we look at interests, skills, personality, values, motivators. Some clients work with me for only 2 or 3 sessions, and others invest in a whole 12 session coaching series where they set goals, including career goal/s, and other goals relating to other areas of their lives.

Sessions available in person or via phone or skype.

Career Planning Programme This is an assessment focused coaching programme designed to create clarity around career options and direction. Typically this programme involves three sessions of 1.5 hours although it may be condensed into two longer sessions if appropriate.

Online assessments Career Coaching Sessions Scheduled on a session by session basis - because sometimes it only takes an hour of coaching to get you clear, resolve your issues, and get you 'moving' forwards. We can schedule more sessions as you see fit.
