Coaching includes e mail support between sessions: $70 for each hour long session or 5 sessions for $325. Sessions are toll free, I call you.

 

A bit about me...

I love rain, the changing seasons, spaciousness and talking with people about what matters to them most.

Community and creativity are at the heart of my life journey.

I've been a passionate painter, printmaker, writer, editor and facilitator. In my twenties I dived into training in improvisation & spontaneity, clown, mask and performance. I've loved teaching drama and creative writing for adults and children. It has been rich to be involved in telephone counseling, training telephone counselors.

Life coaching gathers everything together - it's a joy for me.

I'm happily married, with one grown up son and two growing step children.

I trained in Life Coaching with Anne Hartley of Hart Life Coaching.
