Team Coaching with Saskia Clements

Team coaching is designed to take corporate or small business teams to new heights. It’s more than just ‘team building’, it’s about creating a strong common purpose, key goals, and ensuring ongoing accountability of the team as they turn these goals into reality. The programme is designed and costed following a thorough discussion regarding the organisation’s key objectives, team make-up, and other factors.

A typical programme might include a half-day workshop at the outset, a combination of team coaching and individual coaching sessions over a 6 month period, and the design & reporting of a simple measurement survey.

About Saskia Clements

I'm a professionally trained and credentialed coach with over 1200 client hours. I have a strong corporate background (previously a Brand Manager with Unilever in Sydney), and am passionate about working with executives to make work-life more productive and enjoyable. I hold an M.Com in Marketing and HR, am a mentor and trainer of coaches, and have achieved the PCC credential through the International Coach Federation. On a personal note, I love spending time walking on the beach, boating with my husband, catching up with friends and family, and savouring a nice glass of wine over a tasty dinner out.
