Grief is a natural process that allows us to accept the unacceptable over time. It allows the hurt to diminish and become manageable and through grief we come to terms with what has happened.
Grief is something that we all have to live with at some time in our life. It is never easy particularly at holiday and anniversary times. But really we have no option but to move on. We learn to live with the grief.
