About Yossarian Fay

With a background in education I have spent many years refining my skills and focusing on how to help others get the best out of themselves.  Using a few simple techniques people can achieve so much more than they ever thought possible. 

I have always been  interested in getting life 'back to basics' rather than looking for new things that are available to buy or use. This has become the 'motto' of Becoming Healthy Ltd. 

My main focus is to make you more body aware with regards to your life - how the food you are eating is making you feel, what are your emotional triggers, how your current lifestlye is actually working for you.  Getting back to basics (food that your grandma would recognize), maintaining balance and finding a good fit for your lifestyle are key factors. It is all about putting the power and choices back into your conscience hands rather than running on auto pilot.  Using small steps, which have a minimal daily impact, it is easy to achieve any larger lifestyle changes and move you foward to your dream life.

I enjoy empowering others to achieve their goals and see their dreams come true.  I truly believe that anything is possible it is just a matter of finding the correct path to follow, which is where my skills and life experience come in.
