Our History

Our Approach
If you have ever worked with a Personal Trainer, you'll know how they will help you build your core strength first. As Leadership specialists we do the same; working with you to understand, align and build your internal leadership - this is the basis for achieving bigger things in life and the world. By Internal leadership, we mean brain mechanics, values and drivers, beliefs and mental agility coupled with a strong sense of meaning, purpose and heart.
Our Science and Philosophy
Included in their diverse backgrounds, training and experience, David and Leahna are both NLP Instructors and are both part of Neuroleadership circles. They take a brain-based approach to their work which means everything you experience with us takes into account how we best learn, change and achieve at a neural level. In addition, they also work with clients on a values, beliefs and even spiritual level.
This is a strong combination; "Brain-science gives us great insight into how we operate as human beings, and bringing into the picture a persons values and drivers for example, allows us to help a person achieve even more." David Savage
