Lynda Moe is an innovative Executive & Leadership Coach, Positive Change Consultant, Facilitator and Public Speaker with a wealth of skills and experience. She has expertise across the full spectrum of Human Resources and Organisational Learning and Development disciplines having set up the Human Resources Department for Trust Bank, Bay of Plenty region and having been involved in the initial stages of developing the National Training Department for KPMG Chartered Accountants (New Zealand).  Her first career was as a Chartered Accountant which has given her a wide range and depth of business knowledge and experience internationally at both operational and strategic levels.

Results-oriented with a practical solution focused and collaborative approach, Lynda enjoys making a
meaningful difference by inspiring and facilitating individuals, teams and organisations to co-create positive change and to develop to higher levels of greatness. She has designed and facilitated an extensive range of training programmes and workshops as well as presented at conferences and lectured in both the business management and human resources areas.  Lynda is a professional who is committed to achieving significant results in partnership with her clients.
