Limiting Beliefs-Do you Have Any?

What is a limiting belief? How have your limiting beliefs hindered or helped you? Heres an example: you have had your heart broken by another. From that you may have decided that you cannot have successful relationships? Could this be you?

  • Step 1: consider these options.

    Remove the "need "element from your new next relationship. Preferr a partner-do not need a partner.

    Know that a partner is there to enhance who you are. Find your own happiness, then share it with another.

    Do not carry with you into your new relationship your past experiences, and in turn potentially sabotage it.

    Let go of that which no longer serves you well. Release past hurts. There are many ways to do this. Ask how.

    Enjoy where you are today, regardlesss of the situation. When you can be happy with now you can build your future well.

    Know you have options and people around you that you can ask for help or support.

    Enjoy whatever is happening.
