Hypnotherapy with Sandy Denize

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic use of hypnosis  addressing the unconscious mind to change non-useful ways of thinking, being or perceiving into positive and resourceful ones. The unconscious mind is where we store all of our memories, feelings, habits, resources; and it has the best intention to keep us in our best state. However, it can sometimes also store limiting beliefs, and unwanted old behaviours.

Hypnosis is a way to get in touch with the unconscious and use suggestions to turn the negative limiting beliefs, decisions and behaviours into new positive, empowering and insightful resources.

Benefits of Hypnotherapy

Addressing the unconscious can make change fast, simple and enjoyable. It works in many areas such as:

  • Stress & Anxiety
  • Insomnia
  • Anger management
  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Weight Loss
  • Unwanted habits and more...

Sessions last 1 hour.

Cost: $100

What you can expect

I conduct my sessions in an easy, relaxed way. Experiencing hypnosis means that you are in touch with your unconscious mind more. You are in control, and will remember what is being said and goes on around you. The feeling is similar to a daydream, for example when you have been driving your car sometimes, and realised that you have missed your turn-off as you were thinking about something. The practitioner does not control you; you allow your own mind to make fast effective changes that are relevant to you. It is a nice confortable process, much like a calming visualisation. Sessions last for one hour.
