Body Work with Cedric A Sunier

Foot Reflexology

This is the most well-know type of reflexology and a good start before trying other reflexotherapies. As my background is in podiatry, this method has kept all my attention because it works on the whole body and on all the main systems (digestive, respiratory, nervous and hormonal). When I give foot reflexology sessions, my clients usually experience new sensations within their bodies. They get to know themselves on a deeper level. This type of reflexology is helpful for relaxation, digestion problems, headaches, painful periods, other body pains, sinusitis, sore throat, bronchitis, gives more energy after sickness, after birth and during depression.

Facial Reflexology

Ideal method for people who are very stressed or enjoy short sessions (1/2 hour) and want something efficient. This reflexology is based on the stimulation of acupuncture, acupressure and nerves points with a glass stick. I will also choose with you one or two essential oils to improve the effect of the treatment and to affect on your whole body. Facial Reflexology helps with stress and its consequences, body pains, respiratory problems and stimulates your vitality.

Endonasal Reflexology

Quite the same approach as facial reflexology but the stimulation is with soft to hard thin steel sticks which are gently inserted the nose. I also use the laser (MIL-Therapy) through a fibreglass probe. When I have to treat sinusitis I use cotton sticks soaked in diluted essential oils mix. The stimulations are usually very short (can last between seconds to some minutes) and for this reason I use it as a completent to other therapies.

About Cedric A Sunier

I am a qualified Swiss Podiatrist (degree was completed in 1993) with a French university degree in Physiology of Posture and Gait (completed in 2001). It was through the Grinberg Method (level 1 completed in 1996) that I first discovered  Foot Reflexology and started understanding holistic health. It inspired me to take my well-being knowledge and practice further.

Testimonial

"I came to Cedric because I felt like my body needed a good clean up and to improve the complexion of my skin (as I experienced acne on my neck for the last 6 months and didn't know why). it got to the point where I wanted it sorted and made an appointment with Cedric. I'm a firm believer of treating the source of the problem rather than the symptoms, hence why I chose to see him.

Cedric used foot and endonasal reflexology, MIL Therapy and Bach Flower Remedies and Essential Oils over 6 sessions. During this time and with his help, I discovered what was happening within my body and how to help myself in future. In the process, he has stopped my period pains which I experienced since I can remember! Something that I thought I would always have and it wasn't even something I went to Cedric for. The results have exceeded my expectations and Cedric is the first person I call when I sense that something is not quite right. Lastly, he has also helped me to understand more about the link between what's happening in my life and the pains I experience. Thank you!" Norma Stein, Professional Coach, Wairarapa.
