Our bodies weren't designed to stay in one place, we were created to move and enjoy the freedom of movement. Sometimes we get to a place where we just don't want to, or it becomes too hard to move around, we get to a place where we end up sore, lethargic, overweight and generally unhealthy. These are all signs from your body telling you that it really wants to move.
Personal Training services
I offer a fully mobile personal training service, enabling you to get fit in the comfort of your home without the need for a gym membership...or a pair of lycra tights!
One2one training. Individual personal training sessions, choose from 60, 45 or 30 minute sessions.
Two2one training. Grab a friend and share the cost...and the laughter!
Perfect Fit Group sessions. Grab a group of at least 4 people and you've got a Perfect Fit group. This is the single most affordable way to get the benefits of a one2one personal training session, while enjoying the company of likeminded people.
I guarantee that you will have a laugh in each and every personal training session. I simply cannot run a session without cracking a funny or 10.
12-Week Program
This is not a quick fix detox program and it's not full of hard to find, expensive 'health foods'. The whole program has been extensively researched, trialled and tweaked to produce a food plan which not only focuses on portions and calories, but addresses the metabolic, hormonal, emotional, lifestyle and environmental factors which surround our nutrition and health. In addition, weekly sessions discuss and deal with food issues and questions as they pop up and build a nutrition/fitness toolbox which is relevant to you and your life and can fit in with your family. Your exercise strategy is designed for maximum stickability - no fad exercise techniques or unused gym memberships, just exercise that suits you as the individual person you are.
Program includes:
• 12 x 60 minutes sessions (1 per week) weigh, measure, nutrition consult and personal training session - you tell me what you want from your session!
• Exercise program and food plan
• Weekly menu and exercise updates
• Weekly motivational emails with extra tips and advice
• Optional FREE group training sessions are offered at various times throughout the 12-weeks, when trainer is available.
This program enables you to not only lose up to 12kg, but you will learn all the tools to main your new healthy lifestyle easily...forever.
