Nutrition is all about the things that we put into our bodies to nourish us. Nutrition has many functions, it enables us to grow and repair and gives us energy. Many factors can throw our nutrition out of balance and we end up low on energy, unwell, unhealthy and with disorders of, amongst other things, the digestive, metabolic, immune and nervous systems.
Stacey Hancock is available for consultation for the following areas:

Consultation Packages
- Standard consultation. Includes 60 minute consultation and written recommendation, follow ups booked as needed.
- Support-30. Includes consultation, written recommendation and 30 days online support. Further follow ups booked as needed
- On-the-spot. 60 minute consultation providing on the spot verbal recommendation only. Bring a pen and paper!
- Online Service. Online service is available, and can be used for any nutrition requirement including 6, 9 or 12 week weight loss and nutrition programs.
- Catch ups. Can be either as follow up appointments or a quick catch up just to do a weigh and measure or skin fold testing. Can be either 60, 45, 30 or 15 minutes.

Nutrition Programs
Your nutrition is specific to you, so for that reason each Nutrition program is run one-2-one or one-2-two (partners). From time to time there may be a group training session as part of the Belly Busters program (subject to time)
- Belly Busters is a Nutrition program with added personal training component. Each week we catch up for a weigh and measure and food diary analysis, discussing areas of difficulty with solutions! You receive an updated menu with new food ideas and we do a fun exercise session! The support you receive will ensure your long term success in both weight loss and weight management. 12, 9 or 6 week programs available and each session is 60 minutes. - Food First is the cut down version of Belly Busters and contains everything that Belly Busters does except for the exercise session. You can use this program for weight loss, weight maintenance or just to learn a little more about the human body and how food influences your health and energy. 12, 9 or 6 week programs available and each session is 30 minutes.
